3. User Obligations

Users of bizzy.lk must:

• Use the platform solely for lawful business purposes and refrain from engaging in any activities that are illegal or prohibited in Sri Lanka or internationally. This includes, but is not limited to, activities related to terrorism, drug trafficking, and other restricted industries.
• Ensure that the information they provide is accurate and up-to-date.

Bizzy Solutions (PVT) LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user violating these obligations.

4. Privacy Practices

• Company Information: Includes company name, phone number, email, address, website, logo, establishment date, tax details, and registration information.

Users and companies have full control over their data and may delete their information completely from the portal at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our system, and Bizzy Solutions (PVT) LTD will no longer retain any information about the user or company. Please note that this action is irreversible.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellations

Bizzy Solutions (PVT) LTD offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans, billing is processed manually.

Cancellations: Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, please note that no refunds are available for annual plans.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bizzy Solutions (PVT) LTD provides its platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
